服务接口显示重复提供者

### Steps to reproduce this issue

打开服务接口的详情，在服务提供者中显示一模一样的两条记录，端口号和ip都一样。

Start at the service-interface details view and inspect how the service-provider records are loaded and rendered, reproducing the duplicate entries with the issue's screenshot as reference. Done means identical provider records with the same IP and port appear only once, with a regression check covering the reproduced case.
