[Bug] Doris 4.0.4 : Metaservice on k8s no longer outputs logs to Standard out

### What's Wrong?

After we updated Doris to 4.0.4, the logs on Metaservice on Kubenetes have disappeared

**On 4.0.4**

On a single pod

For multiple pods

### What You Expected?

**Before 4.0.4**

### How to Reproduce?

Update Doris to 4.0.4 and check log on pod

### Anything Else?
