[Feature] I hope to use this connector as a slave library to read data from the main library

### Description

I hope to use this connector as a slave library to read data from the main database, just like Flink SQL connector mysql cdc can read binlog logs and capture data changes in the database. Because we have a requirement to read data changes processed by the big data department, we do not want to use interval reading to sense their changes
