1、版本为dolphinscheduler-standalone-server-3.3.2，数据库为h2,已经创建了工作流定义但是在工作流关系还是查询不到
2、dolphinscheduler-standalone:3.2.2 版本没有这个问题

Reproduce with dolphinscheduler-standalone-server-3.3.2 and H2: create a workflow definition, then open the workflow relationship page and confirm it is not found. Compare the same steps with dolphinscheduler-standalone:3.2.2; done means the created workflow appears in the relationship view.
