Description
> Slightly off topic, but I've been wondering if it would be useful to define some [views ](https://github.com/apache/datafusion/issues/views) in the project containing common filters like this. There was a question regarding good first issues recently which seems like another useful candidate.

Research direction
Start with the linked GitHub issue views documentation and the example query `is:pr state:open review:required`. Define useful predefined views, including “PRs Waiting for Review” and a good-first-issues view, then verify that they support the intended project workflows.
