Consider defining more github views of common filters (like PRs waiting to review)

Start with the linked GitHub issue views documentation and the example query `is:pr state:open review:required`. Define useful predefined views, including “PRs Waiting for Review” and a good-first-issues view, then verify that they support the intended project workflows.
