Currently the documentation on https://datafusion.apache.org/ is for the latest version (main) which is great for being up to date however it has the downside of including information (or removing information) that is valid for main but may not be valid for either the released version of DataFusion or any previous version.

I would like to be able to select a version of DataFusion from a list and have the documentation provided be appropriate for that version.

Start at the documentation site, https://datafusion.apache.org/, and compare the current main documentation with the released and previous-version content described in the issue. Determine how version selection and version-appropriate pages should work; done means readers can choose a DataFusion version and receive documentation valid for that version.
