Intermittent 404 issue while accessing couch db ui with /_utils

Hi Team,

We are using couch db docker image version 3.2.2 which is deployed on k8s 1.23, Till now the things fine for around 6plus months but now we have started getting issue while accessing the Couchdb ui with /_utils api

Following is the error,

{Couchdb UI link,} admin GET /_utils/dashboard.assets/css/styles.2fe6f2383b82d9a7610a.css 404 ok 2

can someone please help on this? what configurations we need to check or what might have broken this?

Start by reproducing the /_utils request on the CouchDB 3.2.2 deployment, especially the dashboard.assets CSS path shown in the error. Check the Kubernetes deployment and relevant configuration for why that asset intermittently returns 404; done means identifying the cause and the configuration or deployment change that restores the UI asset.
