Research direction
Start by reproducing cordova.InAppBrowser.open on Android with Cordova Android 9.1.0, Cordova CLI 10.0.0, and InAppBrowser 5.0.0, then inspect the Android behavior and available logs. Done means the browser opens on Android as it already does on iOS; no source file or test is identified in the report.
