Hide Location & toolbar on scroll

## Motivation Behind Feature

When opening webapp in-app browser it should hide the header on scroll same like safari and brave browser once website load and you start scrolling browser hide the navbar. it would be great if we can do it in cordova-plugin-inappbrowser too
