## Problem
Splashscreen suddenly blinks before hide on device 32 API

## Steps to reproduce
Simply create and launch few times clear cordova app with `cordova-android@11`

Start by reproducing the blink and zoomed icon with a clear Cordova app using cordova-android@11 on the Pixel 4 XL API 32 simulator. Then trace Android 12+ splash-screen behavior; done means the splash screen hides without blinking and the icon is displayed at the expected size.
