We should be able to add, change or delete security group rules while the instance is running.
Sometimes we need to change the security group for some testing or security protection purposes. However, currently, we are unable to switch to another security group rules while the instance is running. As a result, we have no choice but to affect more instance or stop the instance , change the security group, and then start the instance again.
