Research direction

Start by reviewing the issue's request for a CloudStack 4.18 UI option or tool to move production VMs and Kubernetes clusters between CloudStack environments. No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the report. Done would require an agreed migration approach that supports the stated advanced-networking Ubuntu environment and separates development from production.
