Palo Alto Firewall -Private Interface-Trust-not working on apache cloudstack

as per integration with Palo Alto firewall and Apache cloud stack .The status is good

but after creating instance on cloud stack

As per checking on Palo Alto firewall
public ip and private ip are automatics create **only PA public interface**

i did not see any trust zone and did not see any ip on PA private interface
