UI: Add List of Resources to Account Delete Confirmation

### The required feature described as a wish

As a User/Admin/Operator I would like to see the list of resources when deleting an account like what was introduced in 4.20.3 for deleting domains.

#11497 lists the counts of things that will be deleted when deleting a domain. I think this is excellent and wanted to request to see if this could be backported/added to the deleting account confirmation as well.

Start by tracing the account delete confirmation UI and compare it with the domain delete confirmation described in #11497. Done means the account confirmation displays the resources or counts that will be deleted, matching the requested behavior.
