Support for Veeam (kasten) and Velero as backup solutions for resources present in a Cks cluster

### The required feature described as a wish

As a User/Admin/Operator I would like to take a back up of the kubernetes resources present in the cks using

During the cks iso creation, it would be great if cloudstack can add support the backup providers for k8s

It's similar to the support for CSI and kubernetes provider
