### The required feature described as a wish
As a User/Admin/Operator I would like to use uploaded qcow2/volume with my clustered-scope shared mount or local storage or even cluster-scoped NFS storage. Current the feature is limited to zone wide storage only. This was introduced by https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/10503
