##### SUMMARY
I have created an lxc instance【OS:centos 7】 and it appears to have started normally from the system. I used virsh -c lxc:///list on the host to check that lxc is also running. However, when I used virsh -c lxc:///console i-2-3-VM to enter the container instance, I was unable to use it properly. The prompt message is: Failed to create symlink/sys/fs/cgroup/net_cls: Operation not allowed; Did I not set it up properly somewhere;

I logged into the virtual router and pinged the lxc instance's IP address in the virtual router, but it still doesn't work

Research direction
Reproduce the issue with CloudStack 4.18 on Ubuntu 22.04.5, using an LXC instance running CentOS 7 and the reported virsh console and virtual-router checks. Start with the reported cgroup symlink error and failed connectivity; done means the cause, required configuration, and verified connectivity or a confirmed product defect are documented.
