ccm create -o option doesn't create datastax-agent directory in the nodes

Hello,

`ccm create -o` option doesn't create datastax-agent directory in the nodes. Due to this, I'm not not able to monitor the nodes in the OpsCenter. Am I missing something? Or ccm is not creating the datastax-agent directory and copying the agent contents into the nodes from the opscenter repository?

Start by reproducing `ccm create -o` with the reported CCM 3.1.5, Python 2.7, CentOS 7, DSE 6.7.0, and OpsCenter 6.7.0 versions, then inspect the created nodes for the `datastax-agent` directory and agent contents. Done means the option creates the expected directory and allows OpsCenter to monitor the nodes.
