Add method for watching node logs in parallel

Description
Currently dtest has a few instances where a log message will only appear in the log of one node, out of an entire cluster. We should add a method for watching all logs in parallel, and returning in the positive when any of them find the message.
You'll end up needing to do this for C*-6177, @steveandwang.
