Validate Kamelet dependencies at build time

### Describe the feature here

Not sure if this is a good idea or not.

I was thinking that we could improve UX a little bit and try to verify that any dependencies listed in the Kamelet YAML have been added to the application.

E.g fail fast, and list the set of missing dependencies in the exception message. It'd avoid having to wait until runtime to see that something is missing.
