Description
Camel has upgraded to Debezium 2.x, so I did likewise in CQ. JVM mode seems to be working ok, but there's some native test failures in `DebeziumMongodbIT` and `DebeziumPostgresIT`.
Console logs didn't reveal anything obvious as to what the root cause could be.
I am disabling the native tests for now.

Research direction
Start with the native integration tests DebeziumMongodbIT and DebeziumPostgresIT, compare their behavior with the JVM-mode tests, and reproduce the failures with native testing enabled. Use the native test output to identify the cause, then restore both tests and verify that they pass under Debezium 2.x.
