Knative Service forward Camel Monitor operator label

### Bug description

The label is not passed automatically to the Deployment, so, we need to include it. The workaround, for now, is to include manually the label.

Start by locating the Knative Service reconciliation path and the Deployment creation or label propagation entry point. Reproduce the reported case and verify that the Camel Monitor operator label is automatically present on the resulting Deployment, without requiring the workaround described in the issue.
