Description
### What would you like to happen?
Katas are currently hosted via Stepik. Stepik is no longer supported by IntelliJ/Jetbrains-Suite [ well by the 'new' Jetbrains Academy Plugin ]. Therefore for Katas to work, we need a new course host. There are some options. Someone needs to upload. AND, update docs to point to new location.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing materials under learning/katas and the linked JetBrains announcement to understand the Stepik dependency and available hosting options. The work is done when a new course host is selected, the katas are uploaded there, and documentation points to the new location.
