[Feature Request]: Add ValueProvider interface to the MongoDB I/O

### What would you like to happen?

In order to pass runtime parameters to our mongo connector while using dataflow, its necessary that this component can actually work with the ValueProvider interface. It will be more flexible to work with, specially when using templates
