[Task]: Add additional Batched DoFn examples

### What needs to happen?

https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/23908 adds some basic examples of Batched DoFns to the Beam Programming Guide, but it would be good to also add some more end-to-end examples, in example pipelines and/or in notebooks.
