Add Getting Started from Spark to the top navigation as a drop down option under Getting Started

https://beam.apache.org/get-started/from-spark/ is a very hard page to find, but it's very valuable for folks. We should make it much more discoverable by adding a link to this page as a drop down option under Getting Started, similar to the four pages under Documentation in the top nav bar
