[Playground Task]: Speed up loading

### What needs to happen?

Playground takes about 7 seconds to load at the first take (the last vertical bar marks 8 seconds):

At the second take, it's just over 2 seconds (the last vertical bar marks 3 seconds):

We should:
- See if we can speed up the first take.
- See if we are using caching fully for subsequent takes.
