google_cloud_bigtable_client_core is deprecated/maintenance mode

google_cloud_bigtable_client_core is incompatible with gax included in gcp bom 24.2.0****, and is meant to be deprecated

Ideally we move away from using this library in general.

Start in bigtable-dataflow-parent/bigtable-hbase-beam and inspect how google_cloud_bigtable_client_core is used with the GCP BOM and gax dependencies. Trace the dependency references and the related build configuration first; the issue is complete when the project no longer relies on the deprecated library and the affected Bigtable HBase components remain compatible.
