Description

"Running main command with Pipeline options" includes a bunch of runner-specific arguments that are orthogonal to Snowflake, and therefore are best left to documentation elsewhere. \--runner= is particularly misleading as it implies those are the only two runners that support Snowflake IO.

Imported from Jira [BEAM-12301](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-12301). Original Jira may contain additional context.
