Description
Most content in BeamBigQuerySqlDialect.java are duplicated from the newest version of BigQuerySqlDialect.java in Calcite. Once we update Beam's vendored Calcite version to include the newest BigQuerySqlDialect.java, we can remove most of the code in BeamBigQuerySqlDialect.java.
