Description
For example, [https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/master/sdks/python/apache_beam/runners/dataflow/dataflow_metrics.py#L157](https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/master/sdks/python/apache_beam/runners/dataflow/dataflow_metrics.py#L157)
uses [MAX], [MIN], etc. but the new format will be _MAX, _MIN, etc.
