Add Python benchmark to beam_PerformanceTests_Analysis

We can add this benchmark to existing performance result analyze tool (beam_PerformanceTests_Analysis) to improve regression detection.

Start with the existing beam_PerformanceTests_Analysis tool and inspect the Python benchmark at builds.apache.org/job/beam_PerformanceTests_Python/. Compare its results with the benchmarks already analyzed. Done means the Python benchmark is included in the performance analysis and contributes to regression detection.
