Description

Currently Calcite's ROW() constructor only accepts values and doesn't allow names, so `INSERT INTO f_row SELECT ROW('asdfasdf', 'sdfsdfsd')` will fail with something like this:

`Cannot assign to target field 'f_row' of type RecordType(VARCHAR f_str1, VARCHAR f_str2) from source field 'f_row' of type RecordType(VARCHAR EXPR$0, VARCHAR EXPR$1)`

Imported from Jira [BEAM-4515](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-4515). Original Jira may contain additional context.
