Description

This is the actual supported option for a temp location that is known to be a Google Cloud Storage path.

Error messages should be cleaned up to ensure that the actual name of the option, 'gcpTempLocation', is present in the error messages.

Imported from Jira [BEAM-1971](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-1971). Original Jira may contain additional context.

Research direction

Start by searching the BigQuery implementation for error messages that mention tempLocation, then compare them with the supported gcpTempLocation option. Done means the relevant error messages consistently use the actual option name gcpTempLocation.
