Update WordCount snippet in snippets.py

Code snippet (in snippets.py) named "examples_wordcount_minimal_options" needs to be updated to match Java and to remove mentions of Google.

Locate the examples_wordcount_minimal_options snippet in snippets.py and compare it with the corresponding Java example. Update the snippet to match Java and remove mentions of Google; it is done when the Python snippet reflects the Java version without those references.
