### Describe the enhancement requested
We added the ability to do automated source release signing to Arrow on:
- https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/46336
Reproducible builds are a requirement to be able to add automated signing. We would like to be able to do automated signing for our Linux packages too as discussed here:
https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/47058#issuecomment-3243601724
We have already moved the Linux packaging jobs to the apache/arrow repository via:
- https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/47582
We should investigate what are the necessary tasks to provide reproducible builds for our Linux packages.
