[C++] Bump google benchmark wrap entry to work around naming inconsistency

### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.

Upstream in https://github.com/mesonbuild/wrapdb/pull/2389 we fixed an issue that aligns the exposed dependency name for google benchmark's main-providing library with its pkgconfig entry. Assuming we update our wrap entry, we can take out some of the logic that we built to handle that inconsistency internally
