### Describe the enhancement requested
Update implementation of `SQLDriverConnect`, so that when `SQL_DRIVER_COMPLETE_REQUIRED` is passed as `DriverCompletion` in `SQLDriverConnect`, the driver disables the controls for any information not required to connect to the data source.
