Description
We don't mention Conbench in our benchmarking documentation, but we should since we use it.
We've been sending people to https://ursalabs.org/blog/announcing-conbench/ but we should also mention conbench at https://arrow.apache.org/docs/developers/benchmarks.html
**Reporter**: [Jonathan Keane](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-14576) / @jonkeane
**Note**: *This issue was originally created as [ARROW-14576](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-14576). Please see the [migration documentation](https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/14542) for further details.*

Research direction
Open the benchmarking documentation at https://arrow.apache.org/docs/developers/benchmarks.html and review its existing links and wording. Add a concise mention of Conbench, including the linked announcement, and consider the work done when readers can find Conbench from the benchmarking docs.
