[Java] Enable integration tests for dictionaries-within-dictionaries

The integration test is implemented but currently disabled for all implementations

Locate the disabled Java integration test for dictionaries-within-dictionaries and read the related nested-dictionary integration issues first. Run the relevant integration-test suite to establish the current skipped behavior; done means the test is enabled and passes for the Java implementation.
