[Java] Incorporate jmh benchmarks into archery

We should be able to detect performance regressions using archery for java related benchmarks.

Start by locating the Java-related benchmarks and the existing archery integration or entry point. Determine how benchmark results are collected and how regressions are reported; done means archery can run the Java JMH benchmarks and detect performance regressions.
