feat: remove openldap dependencies from apisix

### Description

With lua-resty-ldap, apisix does not need openldap related dependencies anymore.

We could remove it in these files:

Start by reviewing the listed dependency-installation files, including .github/workflows/fuzzing-ci.yaml, the ci and utils scripts, docs/en/latest/building-apisix.md, and t/chaos/utils/Dockerfile. Check the referenced apisix-build-tools package-apisix.sh as well. Done means the obsolete OpenLDAP dependencies and service references are removed from these locations without breaking the affected installation and CI workflows.
