This creates an obstacle for users who are running workloads on Amazon Linux 2023 and want to use APISIX as their API gateway.

## Current Situation
- APISIX packages are available for several Linux distributions
- Amazon Linux 2023 is not currently supported
- Users on AL2023 cannot install APISIX via yum or dnf

## Request
I would like to request official package support for Amazon Linux 2023, allowing users to install APISIX using standard package managers (yum/dnf) on this platform.
