feat: need CI to check whether the helm chart script can run successfully

Just like other projects, we need to ensure the correctness of the script,
such as CI in [apache/apisix-docker](https://github.com/apache/apisix-docker/blob/master/.github/workflows/apisix-alpine-docker-test.yaml)

CI in [apache/apisix-ingress-controller](https://github.com/apache/apisix-ingress-controller/blob/master/.github/workflows/e2e-test-ci.yml)

Is anyone interested in adding this CI ?

Review the referenced CI workflows in apache/apisix-docker and apache/apisix-ingress-controller, then identify the Helm chart script and the repository workflow location that should run it. Done means the new CI check executes the script successfully and reports failures for invalid chart changes.
