[Improvement]: Integrate Lance to support Hive as a metastore

Currently, Lance supports Hive as a catalog, but the Amoro integration with Lance does not yet support Hive as a metastore.

The integrated Lance table supports the use of the Hive metastore

Start by locating Amoro's existing Lance integration and tracing how it selects or connects to a catalog. Compare that path with Lance's Hive catalog support; the work is done when an integrated Lance table can use a Hive metastore, with coverage for the supported integration path.
