Description
### Body
It's been already 5+ years that the Google provider uses the deprecated name "stackdriver", instead of "operations", for its entities (hooks, providers, etc.).
It's a good time to align the relevant entities to the new naming, and deprecate the old ones.
**Please note** that I didn't label this task as a "good first issue", as it needs to be **carefully** done, to avoid accidental breaking changes.

Research direction
Start by locating the Google provider's hooks and provider entities that still use the Stackdriver name, then review the issue's six-comment history for compatibility concerns. Done means the relevant entities align with Google Operations while the old names are safely deprecated without accidental breaking changes.
