Description
### Description
Ability to generate the Connection String in either URI or JSON Format from the Connection UX on the Airflow UI.
### Use case/motivation
Many a times, have seen Data Engineers struggle with create Connection via the UI, but then struggle to generate the corresponding JSON or URI required to port it to Secret Managers. We have to either go via Astro CLI or Airflow Shell to export the connection in JSON or URI format.
The goal is to make it easier for Users to do this via the UI, and make the migration from a Dev Environment to a more organized Prod Environment's Secret Manager much easier by reducing the turnaround time.

Research direction
Start by locating the Airflow Connection UI and the existing connection export behavior available through Astro CLI or Airflow Shell. Compare the URI and JSON outputs needed for migration to secret managers, then verify that both formats can be generated from the UI and match the existing export behavior.
