Description

when I typed `mft -version` I get:
```
MFT 2.1 (TeX Live 2022)
kpathsea version 6.3.4
There is NO warranty. Redistribution of this software is
the Lesser GNU General Public License.
named COPYING and the MFT source.
Primary author of MFT: D.E. Knuth (MP changes by W. Bzyl).
```
This means I already have installed, right?

I then typed `mft storage add` but I get this, and I don't how what to do:
```
mft: Need exactly one file argument.
Try `mft --help' for more information.
```

Research direction

First clarify whether the `mft` command is TeX Live's MFT or Apache Airavata MFT, since the reported version identifies TeX Live 2022. Review the project's CLI documentation and installation guidance, then document how to verify the intended installation and what file argument or follow-up command `storage add` requires.
