Add additional filtering options to the Allocations table

To improve usability and make it easier to find and manage allocations, we can add a few more filtering options to the Allocations table.

### Suggested Filters

1. Search : Search by Allocation Name

2. Project Filter : Dropdown with options such as:
> - All Projects
> - Individual project names

3. Status Filter : Already available (no change required)

4. End Date Filter : Add a dropdown with the following options:
> - All End Dates
> - Ending in 7 Days
> - Ending in 30 Days
> - Ending in 90 Days
> - Expired
