Validate Apache AGE setup and installation documentation for PG 11

Validate and document any issues with the Apache AGE setup and installation documentation for any OS environment using a version of PG11.

The documentation should be correct and easy to understand. If not, please submit the necessary changes.

It is understood that for some environments the documentation may need specific changes, so please provide addendums for those environments and changes to the installation documentation as well.

For the environments where Apache AGE may not function at all (i.e. unsupported), please note these for review.

PG 11 versions 11.0 through and including 11.17

If, for example, you are testing CentOS 7 and PG 11.5, please state, in a comment, that you are testing that specific combination so that others can pick another. Then, when completed, state your results. These comments should be something like what follows.

Validating - CentOS 7 and PG 11.5.
Successful - CentOS 7 and PG 11.5.
Validating - CentOS 7 and PG 11.0.
Failed - CentOS 7 and PG 11.0 - needs blah, blah, and blah.

BTW, note that currently Windows is not supported.
